Divide your page into 4: one at the top of the page, two columns and one at the bottom of the page.
Main note-taking column: Notes from lessons
Keywords, Comments Column: Notes that can be answered when reviewing and keywords/ comments that can make the whole reviewing and examination preparation process easier. 

NOTE: You can also add answers to your questions on the side of your notes.
